The following is a visual guide to sending us a Configuration Information Report.

STEP 1: Start your copy of EssentialFax. You will see a screen like the one below. It is important to note here that we are talking about the actual EssentialFax program - not the help file or the website. From the EssentialFax main screen, locate the menu and select Help > Configuration Information as shown:

STEP 2: Fill out some (optional) information about your carrier and phone setup. When done, click the Next button or click the Skip button to skip this step:

 

STEP 3: Review the report that has been generated, and send it to technical support.  Either paste the report into your email, or attach it as a text file and send it to: support@essentialfax.com
